Competition Rules:

WirelessAlert – SMS COMPETITION
1) Entries into the Competition are exclusively to be made via SMS. To enter simply SMS the required information as published to the number given.
2) Monthly prize to be drawn on the final day of the month will be published at the start of each month.
3) Winners will be announced and published at this URL location: Below these rules.
4) The competition is open to all South African citizens and/or legal permanent residents except directors, members, partners, employees, agents, service providers, and consultants of or related to InfocusTrading 111, cc, doing business as WirelessAlert and/or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates.
5) There is no restriction on the number of entries. To increase your chances of winning, you may enter as many times as you like.
6) Despite clause 5 above, no more than one prize bundle (as published monthly) will be awarded to a single individual winner per month – unless otherwise stated, notwithstanding the fact that many entries can be submitted by the same cellphone number/person.
7) The competition closes on the 15th day of each month – or as stated in each prize announcement. No entries received after the closing date will be considered. The lucky draw will take place at a time convenient to the management of WirelessAlert but be announced within 2 weeks of the closing date.
’8) A premium rate of R5.00 (or other amount as stated in each case) is charged for each SMS entry. Free minutes or bundled SMS packages do not apply.
9) Winners will be drawn by a random selection mechanism based on the mobile phone number that was charged for the SMS. The winner will be the person who is the legal owner of the mobile from which the SMS was sent on the date of the draw or alternately the person who sent the SMS if the legal owner of the mobile phone consents in writing.
10) Winners will only be contacted telephonically on the mobile number used to make the entry by WirelessAlert. Winners who are not contactable by phone after the 3rd attempt, will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
11) If the winning mobile number no longer exists or is not legitimate for any reason, the organizers will award the prize to the next mobile number drawn.
12) In the event that a winner cannot be traced, the prize will be awarded to the next mobile phone number drawn.
13) InFocus Trading 111cc / WirelessAlert accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, or corrupted entries. WirelessAlert is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received, or any other consequences of user error.
14) Prizes not collected or claimed within 3 months will be forfeited and disposed of at the discretion of WirelessAlert. Delivery times of approximately one month must be allowed for prizes claimed.
15) The decision of the management of WirelessAlert acting as the competition judges’ is final and no correspondence will be entered into. WirelessAlert will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prize awards.
16) Prizes may not be transferred, deferred, or exchanged.
17) Winners use prizes at their own risk. WirelessAlert shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize/s.
18) Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering.
19) Winners must agree to being identified and depicted in the form of television, print and/or electronic advertisements and promotional material.
20) WirelessAlert at its sole discretion shall be entitled to shorten or extend the period of the Competition, or to terminate the Competition, at any time, by posting the relevant notification on its website www.wirelessalert.co.za.
21) WirelessAlert reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
22) WirelessAlert reserves the right to make contact with all contestant entrants to update them on product development or other information related to the business of WirelessAlert.
