It is both with joy and sadness that I share with you my experience regarding an attempt of house break at my premises and the sufficient role that the Voice Alert alarm system has played.
It was still early evening of 20h00, that one of the sensors was triggered and alerted me of the whereabouts of the intruder. After the second warning from the Voice Alarm system I went and fetched my pistol and spotlight and immediately went to the specific area inside my house. As I pulled the curtain to the one side to use the spotlight, I blinded the trespasser, after which he fired a shot at me, but missed. I immediately fired back at the trespasser.
The fact is that the system works very well and after an incident like this one, I have devised a plan to prevent a close encounter like this one again. This is where this system comes in handy, where the hunter becomes the hunted.
With this I have the advantage to follow each move of the intruder.

I spoke to a friend in Clocolaan in the Easten Free State who bought a VoiceAlert 4 years ago from an agent in Durban. He said that without the VoiceAlert system he would have walked into quite a few ambushes on his farm; which is on the border of Lesotho. VoiceAlert saved him every time. Every night he chances the positions of all his PIR’s to make sure that no one (not even his own farm workers) know where they are.
